If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may request an exchange or return within 15 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and unopened.
• The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when purchased.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, unless the purchase was made with a gift card (in which case, store credit will be issued).
• For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used perfumes.
• Gift cards, samples, and promotional or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
